It makes the screen more visible in the dark... probably in the sun too but I haven't tried that yet. I wasn't recommending Yojimbo... its just that it was another one that I saw recommended alongside Quicksilver so I downloaded that too. Virtue is just a multiple desktop manager, its got eye candy, but it can be disabled. I’ve been using it for 3 years now and i’ve never had issues.
